How it works

Voice Calling — 3 steps

Step 1 — Write a Prompt. A prompt is your agent’s script and instructions. Tell it your company name, the purpose of the call, how to handle objections, and exactly what to say when the call connects.

Step 2 — Build an Agent. Assign a prompt, choose a voice (50+ voices in multiple languages and accents), and configure call behaviour like voicemail handling and max duration.

Step 3 — Launch a Campaign. Upload a CSV of leads, set a calling schedule, and let WiseRep dial. Every call is logged, transcribed, and summarised — monitor results in real time.

Website Chat — 3 steps

Step 1 — Write a Prompt. Same as above — define your agent’s purpose, personality, and how it should handle conversations.

Step 2 — Create a Website Chat Agent. Select the "Website" agent type, choose a colour scheme and widget position, and save.

Step 3 — Embed the Widget. Copy one line of code and paste it into your website. Visitors see a chat bubble — they click it and start a live AI conversation instantly.
