AI/ML Engineer (Text-to-Speech & LLM)
Essential Qualifications
- A builder with 2–4 years' experience in machine learning or AI (NLP/speech tech a plus)
- Skilled in developing and training text-to-speech (TTS) models
- Direct experience with large language model (LLM) training, tuning, or deployment
- Comfortable working independently and asynchronously in a fully remote team
- Curious, proactive, and ready to turn research into real-world solutions
Preferred Experience
Experience with Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; contributions to open-source AI; a passion for expressive, human-like voice tech.
Frontend Developer (React + Vue)
Essential Qualifications
- Experienced (2–4 years) in shipping clean, scalable frontend code
- Fluent in React and Vue.js—and excited about building complex, beautiful UIs
- Passionate about seamless user experiences, accessibility, and performance
- Eager to collaborate with product, UX, and AI engineers on innovative conversational interfaces
- Self-motivated, value autonomy, and love remote/teamwork equally
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with conversational AI products, UI animation, testing frameworks, or GraphQL APIs.
