The key building blocks: Prompts, Agents, Campaigns, Call Logs and Wallet.
Before diving into features, here’s a quick overview of the key building blocks in WiseRep:
Building blocks
| Concept | What it is |

| Prompt | The script and instructions your AI agent follows during a call |
| Agent | An AI caller — built on a prompt, with a chosen voice and behavior settings |
| Campaign | A bulk calling job: an agent + a list of leads + a schedule |
| Call Log | A record of every individual call, with transcript, summary, and recording |
| Wallet | Your account balance for pay-as-you-go calling minutes |
Think of it this way: you write a Prompt, build an Agent on top of it, then run a Campaign to deploy that agent to your leads.
