Before diving into features, here’s a quick overview of the key building blocks in WiseRep:

Agent types at a glance

The relationship between them:

Prompt  →  Agent  →  Campaign  →  Calls / Chats

You write a Prompt, build an Agent on top of it, then either deploy it through a Campaign (voice calls) or embed it as a Chat Widget on your website. Every conversation becomes a Log entry with a full transcript and (for calls) a recording.
