Core Concepts
The key building blocks: Prompts, Agents, Campaigns, Chat Widgets and Wallet.
Before diving into features, here’s a quick overview of the key building blocks in WiseRep:
Building blocks
| Concept | What it is |

| Prompt | The script and instructions your AI agent follows during a call or chat |
| Agent | An AI caller or chat bot — built on a prompt, with a chosen voice or widget and behaviour settings |
| Campaign | A bulk calling job: an agent + a list of leads + a schedule |
| Chat Widget | An embeddable AI chat interface deployed on your website via a single script tag |
| Call / Chat Log | A record of every conversation, with transcript, summary, and recording |
| Wallet | Your account balance for pay-as-you-go calling minutes |
Agent types at a glance
| Type | What it does |

| Outbound | Makes outgoing phone calls — for campaigns, prospecting, and reminders |
| Inbound | Handles incoming calls routed to your WiseRep phone number |
| Website | Powers an embeddable chat widget on your website — text and voice |
| Webhook | Triggered by an external webhook — useful for CRM-driven automations |
The relationship between them:
Prompt → Agent → Campaign → Calls / Chats
(script) (caller) (bulk job) (results)You write a Prompt, build an Agent on top of it, then either deploy it through a Campaign (voice calls) or embed it as a Chat Widget on your website. Every conversation becomes a Log entry with a full transcript and (for calls) a recording.
