Connect WiseRep with Go High Level, HubSpot, Braze and configure notifications.
Go High Level (GHL)
WiseRep has a two-way integration with Go High Level (GHL). GHL can push new leads directly into a WiseRep campaign via webhook, and WiseRep sends call results — transcript, summary, and conversion status — back to GHL after every completed call.
Quick setup:
- Go to Integrations > Go High Level.
- Copy your WiseRep Webhook URL.
- In GHL, open the workflow where you want to trigger a WiseRep call.
- Add a Webhook action and paste your WiseRep URL.
- When a lead triggers the workflow, WiseRep receives the contact details and can initiate a call automatically.

HubSpot
WiseRep integrates with HubSpot to sync call activity and lead data with your CRM. Call outcomes — transcripts, summaries, and conversion status — flow into HubSpot contact records automatically.
Contact your account manager or check Integrations > HubSpot in the app for setup instructions tailored to your HubSpot configuration.
Braze
WiseRep integrates with Braze for campaign coordination and email notifications. This integration allows Braze-triggered events to initiate or coordinate calls within WiseRep. Contact your account manager for a tailored configuration walkthrough.
Notification Preferences
Control which email notifications WiseRep sends you:
- Go to Settings > Notifications.
- Toggle on or off the notifications listed below.

| Call Summary Emails | Receive a summary email after each call is completed |
| Campaign Summary Emails | Receive a daily or end-of-campaign summary report |
| Invoice Emails | Receive email receipts for all billing transactions |
