Billing & Plans
Subscriptions, wallet, auto top-up, invoices and payment methods.
Subscription Plans
WiseRep offers tiered subscription plans based on your calling volume. Each plan includes:
- A monthly allowance of calling minutes
- Access to a set number of phone numbers
- An overage rate per minute for calls beyond your allowance
To view and compare plans, go to Billing > Plans.
Your Wallet
Your Wallet holds your account balance for pay-as-you-go usage. Credits are used when:
- You exceed your plan’s monthly minute allowance
- You purchase additional minutes outside your plan
To add funds:
- Go to Billing > Wallet.
- Click Add Funds.
- Enter the amount and complete the payment with your saved card.
Auto Top-Up
To make sure your campaigns never stop due to a low balance, enable Auto Top-Up:
- Go to Billing > Wallet.
- Toggle on Auto Top-Up.
- Set a threshold (e.g., balance below $10) and a top-up amount (e.g., add $50 automatically).
When your balance falls below the threshold, WiseRep automatically charges your saved payment method and adds funds to your wallet.
Trial Period
When you sign up, your account is credited with a free trial that includes a set number of calling minutes.
- No credit card required to activate your trial
- Trial minutes are available immediately after signup
- Once trial minutes are used up, you’ll be prompted to choose a paid plan or add wallet funds
Invoices & Receipts
All billing transactions are recorded under Billing > Invoices. You can:
- View and download invoices for any period
- See a breakdown of charges (subscription, overage, wallet top-ups)
Managing Payment Methods
WiseRep uses Stripe for secure payment processing. To manage your cards:
- Go to Billing > Payment Methods.
- Add, update, or remove credit/debit cards.
- Set a default card for automatic charges.
