Getting Started

Create your account, connect LinkedIn and complete the onboarding checklist.

Creating your account

  1. Go to the WiseRep sign-up page.
  2. Enter your name, email address, and a password — or sign up with Google using the “Continue with Google” button.
  3. Check your email for a verification code (OTP) and enter it to confirm your address.
  4. Your account is created and your free trial is activated automatically.
Note:Your trial includes a set number of free calling minutes so you can explore the platform before committing to a paid plan. No credit card required to start.

Enriching your profile with LinkedIn (optional)

After signing up, you can connect your LinkedIn account to auto-fill your profile details — name, company, and job title. This is entirely optional and can be skipped or done later from Account Settings > Connections.

The onboarding checklist

When you first log in, you’ll see a Getting Started checklist. It takes most users under 10 minutes to complete:

You can track your progress from the Get Started page in the sidebar at any time. Each step is explained in detail in the sections below.

Quick Start Guide

Get your first AI call up and running in under 10 minutes.

  1. Create a Prompt. Go to Prompts > New Prompt. Give it a title, your company name, and write a system prompt describing the call’s purpose. Add a first message — the exact words the agent says when the call connects. Save.
  2. Create an Agent. Go to Agents > New Agent. Name your agent, select the prompt you just created, and choose a voice. Preview voices before selecting. Save.
  3. Make a Test Call. Go to Calls > New Call. Enter your own phone number (or a colleague’s), select your new agent, and click Call Now. Listen to how your agent sounds and handles the conversation.
  4. Refine and Scale. Adjust the prompt based on what you hear. When you’re satisfied, create a Campaign and upload your lead list to start calling at scale.

Forgotten password

If you ever lose access to your account:

  1. On the login page, click Forgot Password.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Check your inbox for a reset link and follow the instructions.
