Dashboard & Analytics
Track call and chat volumes, conversion rates and identify your top performers.
Overview Metrics
The Dashboard gives you a high-level view of your account performance at a glance:
| Metric | What it shows |

| Total Conversations | Number of completed calls and chat sessions across all campaigns and agents |
| Conversion Rate | Percentage of conversations that resulted in a successful outcome |
| Minutes Used | Total calling time consumed from your plan allowance |
| Active Campaigns | Number of campaigns currently running |
Top Performers
The dashboard highlights your best-performing agents and campaigns, so you can quickly identify what’s working and replicate it.
Time Range Filter
Use the date range selector (default: last 7 days) to view metrics for any custom time period. Switch between day-over-day and weekly trend views.
Weekly Trends
The weekly chart shows conversation volume, conversion rate, and minutes used over time — useful for spotting patterns in when your calls and chats perform best.
