Dashboard & Analytics
Track call volumes, conversion rates and identify your top performers.
Overview Metrics
The Dashboard gives you a high-level view of your account performance:
| Metric | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Total Calls Made | Number of calls completed across all campaigns and agents |
| Conversion Rate | Percentage of calls that resulted in a successful outcome |
| Minutes Used | Total calling time consumed from your plan |
| Active Campaigns | Campaigns currently running |
Top Performers
The dashboard highlights your best-performing agents and campaigns, so you can quickly identify what’s working and replicate it.
Time Range Filter
Use the date range selector (default: last 7 days) to view metrics for a custom time period.
