5. Subscription, Payments, and Trials

  • • Planer och fakturering: Details of plans, pricing, billing cycles, and overages are provided on our Pricing page and during signup.
  • • Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel in your account settings.
  • • Cancellation: You may cancel anytime. Service continues through the end of your paid term.
  • • Refunds: Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and technology in Wiserep—including logos, software, and documentation—belong to Wiserep or our licensors. You receive a limited right to use Wiserep while complying with these Terms. You do not gain ownership of any intellectual property by using our services.

7. Feedback

We love feedback—any ideas, suggestions, or improvements you share may be used by Wiserep without restriction or compensation.

8. Data & Privacy

By using Wiserep, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

  • • No Indirect Damages: To the maximum extent allowed by law, Wiserep will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • • Liability Cap: Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid Wiserep in the past 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to hold Wiserep and its affiliates harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wiserep is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law rules.
